DDJ Rev1 Jogwheel

Good day. I have owned the pioneer ddj rev1 for approximately 2 years now.  And from day one of owning it, I've been having problems with the scratch on the right deck.  While scratching, it will jump out and play and when I hold down the deck to stop it from playing, it will continue playing.  This is with vinyl mode activated.  Other times, when scratching, it will act good and when I release my hand for the song to play, the song will just be stuck and not play.  I have an HP laptop with windows 11, 32gb RAM, and 2tb storage.  all drivers are up to date.  Please assist.
