Wobbly pots on DJM V10 straight out of the box

Just purchased a DJM V10.

After set up, i noticed many quality control issues and wanted to know if this is the usual thing others have experienced and how it played out long term.

First - The master isolators don't line up with 12 o'clock, all three are somewhat off to the left or right. Looks really cheap, but doesn't to my ears affect the sound.

Second - And more worrying...many of the pots are loose and wobbly, especially the filter knobs. CH1 filter knob feels like it could break any minute, bare in mind it's only a few weeks old if that. All the others just feel "off". Could be a plastic pot issue, but for £3000, I'd expect better, much better.

Thirdly - any input through the multi I/O can't be eq'd or filtered? I mean, what use is that? It just plays straight at whatever input volume the device is at.

Seriously considering a return, but would welcome feedback from long-term owners/users
