Need Old Firmware for CDJ3000 or how to completely reset it to original settings
My CDJ3000s got it's firmware updated by one of my in house djs, and ever since, HID mode no longer works for any of the DJs. We've done the Menu - System - Default reset, swapped out 10+ usb cables, and still having the same issue between 7 different DJs and laptops. Is there somewhere to get the old firmware, or is there a real hard reset for these players?

You can also copy the link in Pulse his reply and change the version to a more recent one as 1.11 is from 2021.
Another way is to reach out to support using the 'Contact Us' button and requesting a older firmware that way.
