xdj-rx2, it pauses randomly and then plays again
I'm using MacBook os sonoma and it's up to date. But when I play it on xdj-rx2, it pauses randomly and then plays again. I updated the driver and firmware, what's the problem? FYI, it works fine on djm-a9

The XDJ-RX2 is a popular all-in-one DJ controller!
I'm glad you've already updated the driver and firmware, but it's still experiencing issues.
Given that it works fine on the DJM-A9, it's likely that the issue is specific to the XDJ-RX2 or the way you're connecting it to your MacBook. Here are some potential causes and troubleshooting steps:
1. **USB Connection**: Make sure you're using a high-quality USB cable and that it's securely connected to both the XDJ-RX2 and your MacBook. Try swapping the cable or using a different USB port on your MacBook.
2. **Power Management**: The XDJ-RX2 might be experiencing issues with power management on your MacBook. Try disabling Power Nap or reducing the sleep timer to see if it resolves the issue.
3. **Rekordbox Settings**: Check your Rekordbox settings to ensure that they're configured correctly. Try resetting your Rekordbox settings to their default values.
4. **XDJ-RX2 Settings**: Verify that your XDJ-RX2 settings are correct. Check the tempo, pitch, and playback settings to ensure they're not causing the issue.
5. **Firmware Version**: Although you've updated the firmware, it's possible that there's an issue with the current version. Try checking for any new firmware updates or contacting Pioneer DJ support for assistance.
6. **Bus Power**: If you're using an external USB hub or power supply, try connecting the XDJ-RX2 directly to your MacBook to rule out any issues with bus power.
7. **Reboot Your MacBook**: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve issues like this. Try restarting your MacBook and see if the problem persists.
8. **Pioneer DJ Support**: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, I recommend contacting Pioneer DJ support directly. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or assist you in identifying the root cause of the problem.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot further!
