Cannot assign decks or use fader in perofrmance mode

I cannot assign decks or use the cross or channel fader in perf mode anymore. I had a DDJ 400 for a few weeks and just got rid of it and have been having the issue since. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and also resotred all settings to default and no luck. see pic.
