Sorting playlist doesn't work properly

I sort my playlists all in one folder, 'artists'. In here I create playlists for every artist, but now I notice that when I make a new playlist in the correct place (I sort the alphabetical), the playlist just jumps upwards and isn't created at the correct placement.

Whenever I decide to drag that playlist towards the correct placement, it still jumps up, so it's almost impossible to sort my playlists in a correct way
