Alguien sabría decirme por qué no puedo registrar mi ddj rx en mi cuenta de AlphaTheta ? No me aparece el modelo en el desplegable de productos productos

Utilizo rekordbox y necesito registrar la ddj rx para actualizar a la nueva versión 7 para poder beneficiarme de algunas mejoras del programa

Hi Ju,

You can follow the steps shown below to register your Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta products.

  • Log in to your AlphaTheta account, go to your Profile page, and select Product registration on the left column under Hardware;
  • In the Product name placeholder, type the first letters of your DJ device, wait for a suggestion list to pop up, and select the correct device;
  • Click OK to complete the registration.

Gracias por contestar pero el problema es que la ddj rx no aparece en la lista de sugerencias y no puedo seleccionar para registrar el controlador si hay alguna solución porfavor házmelo saber
