Unlock ver.7
Hi, I have Pioneer DDJ-400. Is there an option to unlock the software to a full version? Thanks

do the same with FLX-10....
My FLX4 is also showing "Trial" version
I thought it would unlock based on the hardware. I even thought I could log into my alphatheta account with RB7 and it would "know" I had a FLX4 and so remain unlocked even without the hardware attached.
Do you mean using the 'owner registration' option so you don't need it connected?

Giorgio and Michael, double check you have the product registered.
Their FAQ claims it should show something in the bottom right
EDIT: Reading the experience from others, there might be a bug but support will have to verify this.

I hope it is something they can fix. My FLX4 show up as registered. When I connect it to Rekordbox v7 it shows the FLX4 was connected, then it revert to saying I have 28 days left for the trial period
