No sound from headphones ddj rev 5

Have a brand new Rev 5 and running Windows 10 with Serato.  Everything works for sound going out of the controller but when I press the headphone cue button on either deck, no sound at all.  I do have both knobs turned to 50% for levels and cue for headphones
