Hi Reggie,
The Quantize button flashes, it will indicate a voltage abnormality with your DJ device.
We would suggest having your DJ unit inspected at one of our Authorized Service Centers.
We invite you to start a repair request and our team will be in touch shortly.
The service guys are fully trained with a wealth of experience working on Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta equipment and will be able to fully test your DJ device and advise you on the next steps.
