Effects unavailable with my DDJ 400 on rekorbox

Hi, thank for reading. I was practicing with my DDJ 400, the sound came from my laptop so I change the settings to hear the sound on my headphones, the headphones was connected on my laptop. When I did that, it froze for a second and then the box of FX1 was blocked, when I tried to activate the effects on the DDJ it didn´t work and appeared a message that says basically that with my plan I can not use the effect with a midi controller.
