Rekordbox 7.0.0 "Search collection"
Hi!
search doesn't work like expected. "Search collection" is a great and fast feature inside rekordbox. I use Rekordbox with Pro DJ link and constantly move through different playlists. When i need to search for a song that might not be in a current playlist i would use the shortcut for "Search Collection" to instantly arm my keyboard to search to entire collection. In Rekordbox 7, inside the "Display playlists" tab this feature does not longer work. My shortcut still opens the search tab but then it no longer searches the collection which forces me to move to the "display collection" tab and repeat the process. I don't think this is how it is meant to work so hopefully this can be fixed. I absolutely really love the extra horizontal browser window and other organizing approvements, so am really looking forward to using RB7.

I see the same behavior. I use the shortcut ALT-F to move to Collection search. I use the browse knob on my S7 to switch between lists. I don't see a way to get to the Collection view without using the mouse pad. I like to use the mouse as little as possible while performing.
ATL-F brings up the Collection view but searching moves back to the selected Playlist.
yup, super annoying that collection is not in the tree of playlists, i actually am going back to 6 because even if you are in playlists and use your shortcut to search collection that is messed up to. Oh well, back to 6!
Number of customers reported the issue of the keyboard shortcut for search Collection with rekordbox 7.
The engineering team confirmed the issue and added it to the issue list.
