Can't unscrew stripped screws from front panel of volumen faders?

Please someone help me I can't unscrew stripped screws. Am I done for is on the djm 900 Nexus 2 I bought used. One fader needs replacement I tried to unscrew and they won't turn one is really stripped like circulas hole the others still have bit of cross but they won't turn what can I do I need to replace fader. Am I really screwed here?
