Sold my ddj-rx rekord box but forgot to deactivate the key for my account

Hi there. I just sold my ddj-rx to someone and they can't register rekord box with the key that came with it. Can you guys reset my account. Vinnyvo@hotmail.com. So that the new owner can. Use the key thanks.
