Need help ripping the iTunes bandage off

I've been using RB since 2015, and iTunes as a library manager for much longer.  For reasons I won't go into here, I've decided I want to drop iTunes as my library manager, and strictly use RB to do this work.  So far, I've copied ALL of my music onto a single folder on my laptop, as opposed to the individual sub folders that iTunes uses (although my iTunes library still remains intact).

Looking for some guidance in terms of the easiest way to navigate this transition.  I'm playing gigs every weekend, and so far the only way I can see is to dump all the imports used in iTunes, and start from scratch creating all new playlists in RB, reimporting all my tracks, and painstakingly re-assigning them all to the correct *new* playlists I've created in RB.  I'd need an entire week off from my day job to pull this off.  Is there an easier way to go about doing this?
