DDJ-REV7 - Resistance difference in platters

There is a lot of difference between the resistance of my jogs. The left one has a lot more resistance than the right one. I tried swapping the slip rings and the top plate but that doesn't solve the problem. Both are on high torque setting. Also tried setting the torque to low but the difference is still there.
