Loop problem on XDJ-RR

I've been DJing for years on my XDJ-RR and have only just started having this problem. When I have two tracks with the same BPM perfectly matched, when I hit a loop on one track it starts clashing/ drifting as soon as the loop renews and gets worse over time. This happens with a Beat Loop and a manual loop. (My toddler was playing with the decks recently and I suspect she changed the settings but I'm not sure how to resolve).
