XDJ-XZ failing w/ 'Device library is corrupted'
Bar I was playing at over the weekend has an XDJ-XZ.
1hr into set, out of nowhere got 'Device library is corrupted' and literally could not do anything but repeat the current track playing. The ONLY remedy was to restart the XDJ by also unplugging from the mains -- it was still frozen even after power cycling when plugged in.
When restarted, I plugged in 2 different USBs... again, 1hr or so into the set same message! Resolution was the same.. power cycle by unplugging from mains.
Drives were 1TB Sandisk Extreme SSD, 1TB Samsung T7 SSD, 512GB Sandisk Ultra (thumb).
I've NEVER had an issue with these drives.. used successfully in XDJ-700, XDJ-1000MK2, CDJ-2000NXS&NXS2, CDJ-3000. The following day I had another gig where the SAME drive works perfectly in a CDJ-900NXS.
FTR, the DJ previous night had same issue with his thumb drive. Whats the issue with the XZ? Can't be the drives.. they work everywhere else? Any help/advice appreciated as we have to get this sorted by this Friday night...

Since the device library may be corrupted, I think it would be better to export the song again using rekordbox.
did you read the post tomo?
3 seperate drives of mine, and 1 drive of the DJ night before me all got the 'device library corrupt' message on the same XZ which then froze and had to be power cycled. it's obviously not the drives or the songs. i even mentioned i used the same drive the following night on 2x 900NXS and they performed flawlessly
we're curious as to why it is happening. is it a bug. is anyone else experiencing. how can we alleviate to ensure this is not going to happen again this weekend when we're back there... but no responses/advice from any officials leaves our confidence pretty low. smh
