DDJ-SZ on Mac with Sonoma 14

My weekly gig of over a decade has a DDJ-SZ installed in the booth. Will I be able to use it with the new MacbookPro M3 running Sonoma 14 OS? I see the SZ driver has support through Monterey 12, while the SZ2 driver is supported through Sonoma 14.

1) Will the SZ driver designed up to Monterey still function on Sonoma, though it's not officially "supported"?

2) Is it possible the SZ2 driver will work for the original SZ unit?

I *REALLY* like the original SZ controller...flawless after nearly 9 years of club abuse. I would rather opt for an older M1 MacBook running Monterey than to haul a different controller across town every week.
