XDJ-XZ Support Case Unanswered for 14 days!!
I have had case #498862 opened for 15 days, unanswered for 14 days even after replying to the ticket several times. Could someone please get back to me as this controller is only 5 months old.
The last response from Pioneer was from Marta on May 15th.
