Pioneer ddj400

When I got the deck the controller was working perfectly both sides smooth After a week the right side deck when in play mode scratch don't work but when I play and pause the scratch work I have been reading about having to change USB ports and what not but where did it go wrong in the 1st place if it worked perfectly from day 1 to day 7 now when in a mix and want to do a back spin or a scratch and drop it pitch bend only I honestly feel like i wasting my time with this product I came from a numark back ground i mean plug and play the only problem I had those was service after a long time but never had a deck that does not scratch Meanwhile those numarks all 3 of them was 2nd hand i played serato dj pro effortlessly Me switching to the club standard gear breaks my heart because I love this Ddj 400 even with the problems but I need help fixing I rest to default nothing
