4beat loop button not working ddj flx4

I'm using ddj flx4 with rekordbox and I recently ran into a problem with the 4beat loop button. My 4beat loop button does not work on deck 2. I can only create a manual loop with in and out buttons. Any ideas on how to find the problem? Deck 1 works fine.
