Please add Mid -slope option for RX3 Crossfader

The crossfader on the RX3 deviates from any of the other mixers and controllers. SZ2, XZ, 900NX2, etc. The all of the midpoint slope option. Im not sure why it was removed, but working without this crossfader option changes the way I mix - I'm sure many others as well as I've seen other forums expressing frustration on this topic. I understand certain price points limit features but this crossfader option is simply fundamental. Pretty please add/update.
