Pioneer DJM-900 "NO AUDIO OUTPUT"

Hello, greetings to all members of the Forum, I wish you all a great week. I'm talking to you because I have a problem and I wanted you to help me. I have a Pioneer DJM-900 Nexus Mixer. I have received it as payment for a job I did. The Mixer has problems in the Audio Output, it really has no Sound in the Analog Outputs. The “MASTER 1” Output has no Sound, the “MASTER 2” Output has no Sound, the “REC OUT” Output has a slight noise but no Sound comes out of the Console, the “BOOTH” Output has no Sound. My Client had told me anyway.

I have checked all Inputs CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4 (CD/Line and Phono) and they are all good, MIC1 and MIC2 inputs are good, Inputs CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4 (Digital) are good.
I have connected the Mixer with its DIGITAL OUT to my Equipment and it did not emit sound. The curious thing for me is that if I connect its DIGITAL OUT output plus the MASTER 1 output, it emits sound. That was curious, since as I said before, the MASTER 1 XLR Analog Output does not emit sound.

I wanted a little guidance, I want to take it to a Technical Service, but I don't want to trust it 100% since I have had bad experiences with other Amplification Equipment. My client tells me that the DWX3197 effects logic board needs to be changed, but I have doubts since when connecting both Digital and Analog players and using the Digital Output the Mixer works, in addition to all the Sound Color FX and the Beat Effects working without any problem.
