Audio dropouts problems - AMD

I have a pioneer ddj ergo v. Playing on serato, while playing I experience dropouts, each around any 15 minutes. I tried to keep more headroom on songs gain and master gain, i disabled c-state, set the pc optimization found on serato's website, but still the problem is there. I found this on the forum: "If the computer happens to have an AMD processor, unfortunately an Intel CPU is required to meet the system requirements and any unintended performance issues when using an AMD are not supported." I have AMD Ryzen 7 5700U on my pc, is there not any way to use the console with my laptop? I find it ridiculous that you cannot. Then it should have been said clearly on it's package or something that you must have an Intel CPU. Thank you.
