included software recovery

Hi, I have a DDJ Ergo V, I used serato pro but it seems they are not compatible. I found on the web that I should have received a code to use to get virtual dj LE but I never found that Code in the package, maybe I lost it or it came without. Now several years past since I bought it, in the past I could use serato without issues but now I get dropouts and I was searching another software that could get along with it. How do I get back the code to install virtual dj LE? Or could I get access to another djing software for free, like rekordbox or others, registering my hardware? thank you
