Betopper LM30 Mini Spider -- move but without light

Hello,

despite finding the lights on the compatible light list of Rekordbox, the 2 moving heads that I own don't show light. They move, they have the DMX signal led turned on, but they stay blacked out.

Number of channels selected on the light is 7, as the light that i have chosen in the software.

How can I solve?
