I cannot load only tidal track in rekordbox with my ddj FLX 10

I cannot load only tidal track in rekordbox with my ddj FLX 10

despite I'm connect with Tidal, when I'm trying to load one track a warning message appear in red on the bottom of Recordbox (error to downloading, or I cannot load the track).

I'm using a MacBook Pro with mac OS Sonoma 14.5.

Please note that Tidal has recently changed its plan and a DJ Extension add-on is needed to play on DJ software.

Please check your Tidal Plan.
