Pioneer XDJRR does not connect with rekordbox (Mac Sonoma)

Somehow i just cant connect my macbook and recordbox to my XDJRR.

I have reinstalled rekordbox, have the latest version and paid subscription 

I have installed the latest firmware 1.5 on my XDJRR but nothing happens when I connect it. 

I have it in performance mode.. 

I hope someone can help me with this
