XDJ XZ in LINK mode does not display Decks - only displays Mixer

My XZ is running the latest firmware (1.26) and my laptop is running the latest version of software 6.8.5. I use only export mode and USB's. All of a sudden connecting my laptop and tyhe Rekordbox LINK feature (bottom left of screen) I can no longer see either Deck1 or Deck2. I tried rolling back to 6.8.4 but this does not fix the problem. I have tried bypassing my Ethernet switch and connecting the LAN cable directly between controller and laptop and replacing my USBC LAN adaptor. Nothing works. I have used Pioneer controllers since they were first created so have years of experience using Pioneer hardware so I have tried all of the obvious things. I recently had a Windows update and the issue may have coincided with that. It did screw up the setting on a couple of other apps I use to broadcast my radio show so maybe it also screwed up Rekordbox. Anyone know if there are specific Windows communication drivers that might cause this issue? Similar posts to this seem to have zero input from Pioneer support. Pioneer are you aware of this issue?

I have just fixed it, much to my happiness and thanks to two fellow DJ's on my radio station. The issue was with another installed piece of software that just happens to listen on the same ethernet port as Rekordbox. Uninstalling the software, which took 10 seconds, fixed the problem. The port in question is UDP 50001 and this is also used by Anydesk software. Also whilst looking for the port number, I found a Pioneer forum post from 2021 that does cover this issue.
