DDJ RZ/SZ

Good morning, I have a DDJ RZ, when trying to do a firmware update because I had a technical problem with potentiometers, it simply froze in the middle of the process and now the DDJ RZ turns on, recognizes the USB cable when connected to the notebook but does not connect with RECORDBOX or SERATO, I tried to do the firmware update process but when connecting the cable it informs that it is not connected, can someone help me with this problem, I thank you in advance
