New DM-50D-BT speakers loud buzzing randomly

Randomly experiencing a loud buzzing noise from the speakers. It is not connected to any movement or specific activity on my device. I have tried taking out and reinserting the connecting wires but that doesn't seem to be helping. I just missed my return date and would really like to just fix them as they work besides that.
