FLX4 won't power on out of the box

I just unboxed my new DDJ-FLX4 and was able to use it for about an hour. Yesterday I tried to power it on using the same cables and SOME of the lights turn on, but not the play/pause and Cue buttons. Swapping with new cables turns them on for moments, then they go dark.

It is recognized in my audio devices on my Windows 11 PC.  Where should I look to resolve this? It does look like there are power problems with several DDJ models with no response from the community.
