Problem about login

Hello, I'm having the problem I can not remember password, and your application does not allow me to change the password, there are some technical issues, when I click the forgot password button it relocated me into the wrong link adress, so can not remember what passoword I had on my Rekordbox account, but somehow my browser login is saved, and on pioneersdj web page I can log in, but when I try to log in into the rokordbox account, it says that "Email or password" is incorrect, so help me to change my password, you have it very compilcated way, is should be much easier.
