XDJ - XZ Driver Issues

I am unable to get the XDJ-XZ driver to work on Windows 11 with an MSI laptop with an i9-12900HK, 32GB RAM and 3070ti. It gives me an error that says installation failed (004)x20. 

Things to note:  

• Updated firmware on XDJ-XZ using USB stick with most up to date firmware version 1.26. 
• Tried running the driver application as administrator with same error message as noted above
• Tried running the driver update through rekordbox itself after selecting XDJ-XZ as my audio device on both Rekordbox 6 and Rekordbox 7
• The manual notes that it is compatible with Windows 10, 8 and 7 - not sure why Windows 11 is not included. 
• For whatever reason, when I initially connected the controller to my pc, it was working alright. It then threw the error message. When it was working it allowed me to select the XDJ-XZ as an audio device in rekordbox as both a windows device, and ASIO. It now only shows XDJ-XZ under the ASIO section. 

Please let me know how to resolve as I am extremely frustrated and have troubleshooted this for at least 8 hours using forums and YouTube videos extensively. Such an expensive unit should be plug and play, especially when using the most up to date Windows version.
