discharging current every time I touch it

on surface of deck everytime i touch it there is discharging
with ddj1000 i got power supply without grounding , how pioneer is going to fix it?
this is constant , produces cracking sounds sometimes

can you  supply power charger that will have grounding ?

when i keep holding grounding screw on back of ddj1000 the sensation of discharging on decks disapear. Is that the solution ? it only works when i am holding that screw , when i connect it for exempel to metal stand it doesn't work

this is huge fail and bad design on the side of pioneer , what is your solution?
