Hydrabeam 400 DMX mapping issue for independent head control

Hello DJ community,

I'm new to DJing and DMX lighting so please forgive me if I'm asking something very simple and obvious.  I've spent a lot of time trying to resolve my issue searching for answers online however I've failed so I am hoping someone here might be able to help.

I'm using latest version of Rekordbox (7.0.1), Flex10 DJ controller and a Cameo Hydrabeam 400 RGBW 4 head moving bar.

My issue is that I cannot work out how to individually assign each of the four moving heads to the 4 moving head assignments within the Rekordbox lighting section.  When I select the 32 channel [customized] mapping from the fixture list and drag & drop it to a DMX address in the lighting device assign area the lights do not appear to connect and act as if not connected.  When I select one of the moving heads in the lighting assignment area the light remains off.  I can successfully map and connect the hydrabeam in 6, 10 and 19 channel modes and when I select them in the light device assignment area all four lights come on however in these modes all four heads are all associated with one moving head setting.  I want to control and assign each moving head to each of the four options in the lighting effects.

Note that I've a few PARs which all connect without issue.

Is there an issue with Rekordbox or am I doing something wrong?

Good evening all,

I've done some more trouble shooting and I think the fixture mapping for the 32 channel mode, 32 chs Customized is not correct.  I believe this is the case because:

1.  If I select the 6, 10, 19 or 56 channel mappings from the fixture list and drag & drop any of them onto a DMX address in the lighting device assign area the heads light up when you click on the lighting fixture so the unit is working.

2.  However, as mentioned above, when I select the 32 channel [customized] mapping from the fixture list and drag & drop it to a DMX address in the lighting device assign area the heads do not light up when you click on the lighting fixture.  However if you switch to performance mode the lights do move to the lighting display however they just don't switch on and remain off.

If anyone from Pioneer reads this can you please check the mappings are correct?  Can the mapping please be reviewed and corrected?  Mappings are outlined here:  https://www.cameolight.com/en/downloads/file/id/1380290362

Many thanks,

Doug

I'm wondering if the issue could be with my fixture assignments?  The first two channels (called body 1) and the final 6 channels (called body 2) are set to 'No Assign".  Is this correct and if not what should it be set to?
