Lyric function not working in 6.8.5

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help on the forum?

My lyric function is not working and I need it for a wedding karaoke approaching soon. When I click on the lyric icon I get a box notification appear saying spout and it is disabled.

I have messaged Rekordbox but apart from them telling me to update my drivers (which they are) and update to version 7 of rekordbox (in which there is no lyric function anyway) i've been unable to solve this problem.

This happened to me a couple of years ago, on another laptop, it was solved and I can't remember how so I now it does happen and is probably a common issue.

Any help would be very appreciated!
