Some imported tracks will not be played back because they are not supported by the CDJ/DJ

Sometimes, when I try to upload a song to my Rekordbox system, I get a notification saying that the track will not be played because they are not supported by the CDJ/DJ.

That track's 
Sample Rate: 48 kHz
Bits per sample: 24 

How can I fix that?

Which music file format is used?

As for CDJ-3000, if it's MP3 or AAC, only 16 bit is supported so it may work by converting to WAV or other compatible files.

Then the dialog may not show again.
