Is there a way to program a Echo Release Effect to an individual Stem like vocals?

Can a user program a pad on a Pioneer DJ controller to toggle a release effect in conjunction with an individual track separation feature like vocals? Serato offers this natively when assigning pads to their STEMS feature. Look at this DJ Carlo YouTube video for an example of this but applied to the full song. Currently, rekordbox doesn't have function to assign both STEMS and FX to a pad like on Serato.
