CDJ Tour TOP LCD

Good day was wondering if the CDJ tour top LCD is available to purchase? The screen turns and work but has no touch functionality. I took the top cover off to see if there was a loose cable but looks like it's just a tablet. I did a little reseach and looks like the part number DWX3918. If this is correct where can I get this? I have the same issue with my DJM tour but haven't taken that one apart yet. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
