rekordbox pro is not active in my account
Hi, just got a FLX 6 GT. However, every time I open the application, I see a FREE plan. As far as I know, the controller should activate the PRO plan right? My device was activated/registered into the pioneer account. I do not see a official page for support by creating tickets, that´s why I´m opening a conversation here, any help is appreciated.
Rekordbox version 7.

The FLX6GT is a hardware unlock device, but that does not mean it activates a paid plan.
You will still be on Free Plan, but you can use the controller with rekordbox while it is connected.
