DJM-S11 Hot Cue won't trigger on the mixer

When in Serato DJ Pro, I load a file. It loads and I can play it fine and trigger my cues in the software, but i cannot trigger them on the S11. The light up but i cannot trigger then when I tap on them.

Double check that you are in relative mode and not absolute mode.

Do the pads work when using one of the other banks like loop, sample
