DDJ-SR2 Track 1 Bass no working but Track 2 is

First I have have checked if Serato is the issue, it is not. Without the controller, both Track 1 and Track 2 sound perfect. No matter the song, if I play in on track 1, there is little to no bass. I have checked the filters and such... they are the same for both tracks. Any help would be appreciated. 

I have checked the firmware (which apparently hasn't been update in 3 years...)

I have re-installed the software.

I have checked all cables.

No go.
