Rekordbox 6 creating empty playlists

im having a few issues (only for the last few weeks)  rekordbox is duplicating playlists to USBS when im exporting 

for example i have a playlist containing all the tracks and 3 versions of said playlist which all appear as empty 

not a massive problem but does affect the workflow when using a smaller screen such as my XZ
