DJM V10 half of leds on channel not working

So i turned my V10 today on and from channel 1 to channel 6 and master. half of the led doesn't work (level signal) also on the master. any ideas why is this?

i reset it, re install firmware and still same thing. works fine just half of the leds signals doesn't go on. only the top half.
