DDJ-RB Doesn't work with rekordbox.
Hi guys,
I have a problem with my DDJ-RB I can't use it in rekordbox version doesn't matter it only shows that I plugged it in or disconnected it. I did all updates I've installed all drivers and still nothing. It works in Virtual DJ perfectly fine.
I've tested it on 5 different PC's with Windows and Mac and it works only in Virtual DJ.
I had conversation with support months ago, they tried to help but the only response was that I need drivers, switch to other usb port and they also said that problem can be caused by my "Gaming PC"...
I hope I will finally get the help here.

I've heard the gaming PC excuse before. Sorry they gave you this excuse.
Looking at your screenshot it seems you're using Rekordbox 7.
Sadly Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta have made the decision to not support the DDJ-RB by default with Rekordbox 7.

Short version, use Rekordbox 6.8.5 or get a subscription plan.
Like I said version doesn't matter it doesn't work either in ver. 5 or ver. 6.
Same thing it only shows when I unplug device.
Im losing hope that I'll ever use this controller in Rekordbox even though this device is labeled by Rekordbox.
Have you also tried a different USB port and/or cable?
Yes, I did 3 different cables, all USB ports in multiple PC's.
