Unable to update Firmware on RX2 as USB1 won't recognise any USB's (tried multiple)

As above I am unable to update Firmware on RX2 as USB1 won't recognise any USB (tried multiple USB's of different manufacturers, tried a blank USB besides the firmware file etc).

It definitely appears to be an issue with USB1 specifically as it misbehaves a lot compared to USB2 when I am performing (has completely frozen whilst playing in the past, tracks take forever to load or fail to load but they load fine on USB2 etc).

I am hoping these problems would be solved on the latest firmware update.

Is there is no way to upload the firmware from USB2?

Has anyone seen or heard of this issue before?
