Flanger Effect added to track after Rendering from Edit Mode

I'm editing a track in Rekordbox both v6 and v7, when Rendering it out then playing it Rekordbox has added a Flange effect on its own.  I have tried this on two different computers, same problem.  FLAC, MP3, WAV it's all the same.  

Anyone that knows why this is happening or how to fix?
