Issue with Distorted Sound on Pioneer FLX4
I have successfully tested the controller with Rekordbox on my notebook and Motorola Edge 30 Fusion smartphone, and the sound output is perfect. However, when I connect the controller to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ and use Rekordbox Mobile, the sound becomes very distorted and metallic, similar to a feedback noise.
Here are some details about my setup and the issue:
Controller: Pioneer FLX4
Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+
Software: Rekordbox Mobile
Issue Description: The sound output from the controller is distorted and metallic when using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. This issue does not occur when using the controller with my notebook or Motorola smartphone. The sound is clear and normal in other applications, such as YouTube, on the tablet.
Additional observations:
When the tablet is connected to the FLX4 via Bluetooth, the distortion does not occur. The issue only happens when connected via cable.
I have tried using the FLX4 with and without external power supply, but the problem persists.
Sound from other apps on the tablet plays perfectly through the master output of the FLX4. The issue only occurs with sound from the Rekordbox app.
I have tested both mono and stereo output settings on the FLX4, but the distortion issue remains.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Verified and adjusted audio settings in Rekordbox Mobile.
Updated Rekordbox Mobile to the latest version.
Checked and adjusted the buffer size settings in Rekordbox.
Ensured that all necessary permissions are granted to Rekordbox Mobile.
Tested with different USB cables and adapters.
Disabled all sound enhancement features on the tablet.
Updated the tablet to the latest firmware version.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. It appears to be an issue specifically related to the use of Rekordbox Mobile on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+.
I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions you can provide to resolve this issue. If there are any specific settings or additional steps I should follow, please let me know.
Thank you for your support and assistance.
Best regards,
Eduardo Vieira

It was exactly what I did, and you responded to me only with: "Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our products will work with all Android models." So I have few options and would like to know if anyone has encountered the same problem and managed to solve it to help me.
Hi pioneer support,
I got exactly the same problem with the same setup and i tried the same troubleshooting,
i bought this controller to use with my tablet that i just bought three months ago (changing my tablet is not an option). I've just bought the controller this Saturday, so I'd like to know if there's a solution to make the sound work properly when the controller is connected to the tablet using a cable (the bluetooth delay is not acceptable for this option to be seriously considered) because if there's no solution I'll have to change controller and ask for a refund in the next few days or it'll be too late.
